Price Match Guarantee
We know that you value your time and money. Gap Arborist Supply saves you both time and money by having the best prices on tree gear. If you find a lower price from any of our competitors, we will immediately beat their price. Our policy is simple: If you find a lower shipped price online or in a catalog, let us know about it and we will match their price immediately. If you are ordering online, just put a note in the comments field letting us know about the lower price and where you found it, and we will match the price before completing the order.
We believe that you will be absolutely thrilled with the gear that you get from Gap Arborist Supply. If for any reason you are not satisfied with any equipment that you purchase from us, we will work to get the right gear for you. We are pleased to offer a 60 day return policy for any unused gear that you purchased from Gap Arborist Supply. We do not charge restocking fees. We can help you to arrange return shipping, but customers are responsible to pay for return shipping. If the item was defective or we sent a wrong item, we will pay for return shipping and get the right item sent to you immediately.
Unfortunately, Gap Arborist Supply is unable to accept the return of any special order item, used item, or custom order splice.
Incorrectly Ordered Items
If you have ordered the wrong size or style of equipment; exchanges can be made within 90 days of purchase, provided that they have not been used and are in like new condition. Please call customer service at 717-690-1646, and we will work with you to make the exchange. We can either return the merchandise for a full refund, or ship you an item of equal value. If you are unable to wait for the new item until your item has been returned, we can bill you for the new item and issue a refund when we have received the return.
Damaged Items/Incorrect Items Sent
Gap Arborist Supply stocks only the highest quality tree gear from the most trusted brands. Occasionally an item may be damaged in shipping. If you receive an item that appears to be damaged, contact us and we will take care of returning the defective item and shipping you a replacement. If you receive a damaged item, or if your order is incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will correct the issue.
Special Orders / Custom Splices
Gap Arborist Supply is able to special order any item that we don’t usually keep in stock. When you call to request the item, we will confirm the price and availability with the manufacturer before completing the order.
Custom splice orders are available, and are usually turned around within 24 hours. Because custom splices are made just for you, we require prepayment in advance of completing the order. Custom splices for customers with charge accounts will be billed upon shipment.
Custom splices and special order items are not able to be returned or exchanged.
